Book Nook
This month turn trash into treasure by decorating an empty cereal box to create your very own book nook for storing your favorite things!

What You Need
- Empty cereal box
- Scissors
- Materials to decorate: paint, construction paper, or magazine clippings

What you do

Cut off the top flaps of the cereal box.
|
|
Next, halfway across the top of the box, cut a 45 degree angle down the front of the box. Do this on both sides of the box.

|
Decorate your book nook using paints, construction paper or magazine clippings. Be creative!
|
|
|
After you are finished decorating your book nook, use it to hold your favorite books, magazines, organize your school folders, store pictures, or keep other treasures safe!
