What You Need

- Plastic Tupperware lids
- Fishing line, string or yarn
- A stick about 1 foot long
- Jingle bells
- Optional: beads

| What You Do |
Cut the rims off of your plastic lid(s).
Draw shapes with a permanent marker or pen on the plastic lids. (Try leaves, animals, or flowers.)
Cut out the shapes.
| If you like, draw some designs on your shapes. (I drew veins on my leaves.) |
Use a hole punch to make a hole at the top and the bottom of each plastic shape.
| Cut one string (about 1 foot long) for each plastic shape. |
| Tie one end of the string to the top of your shape. |
| If you would like, tie beads on the string for decoration. Once you are done with your decorations, tie the opposite ends of the strings to the stick. |
Tie jingle bells to the bottom of your plastic shapes.
To make a hanger, tie a piece of string to each end of the stick.
